Exploring the Islands
We are based in Puerto Ayora on the island of Santa Cruz. Our centralized location allows easy transport to many surrounding islands. We are currently offering tours to Santa Cruz, Bartolome, North Seymour, Las Plazas, Isabela, Floreana, San Cristobal, and Las Palmas.
Each island offers unique opportunities. Some are available only on day trips by boat, while others offer a variety of accommodations for a multi-day visit. All accommodations are clean, friendly, and well-staffed and we can provide lodging options according to your budget and preferences.
Santa Cruz, San Cristobol, Isabela and Floreana are the inhabited islands by order of population size. Santa Cruz is the commercial center of the Galapagos with Puerto Ayora and the Baltra Airport as the transportation hubs. San Cristobol is the capital of the islands and also has an intercontinental airport. Isabela is a small waterfront town with a unique flavor and rhythm. It is also home to the most accessible beach in the islands, located just steps away from the main road.
Bartolome, North Seymour, and Las Plazas are all day-tour destinations accessed from Ithabaca Channel on the northside of Santa Cruz Island. Each destination has a particular emphasis combining land and water.
