Pinzón Island with Las Palmas Beach Tour
Private guided tour
Pinzón Island is one of the few places in the Galapagos where you have the opportunity to view Penguins. During the scenic cruise down the west coast of Santa Cruz, you also may have the chance to see Manta Rays and Whales (depending on the season).* On this tour you also pass Nameless Island which is in the middle of a large Tuna run. Why not cast a line and test your luck? After open-water snorkeling in the protected bay near Pinzón island, you will motor back to Las Palmas Beach for lunch aboard your vessel. Following lunch you can snorkel from the beach or help with a little beach cleanup (optional). A relaxing cruise back to Puerto Ayora ends the day. *A bus transfer to the Ithabaca Canal will be arranged on rough sea days.
Tour Highlights and Inclusions:
- Snorkel near Pinzón Island looking for Penguins and Sea Lions.
- Enjoy fresh ceviche (or sandwiches if the fish are not biting) onboard.
- Snorkel, rest in the sand or explore hidden parts of Las Palmas beach.
- Help with beach clean up (always appreciated but completely optional).
